About Client/Company:  vBank, short for Virtual Banking, is  Nigeria’s first fully virtual bank – an Internet and mobile application that enables consumers to manage multiple bank accounts using a single easy-to-use web-based interface. With vBank, one can open an account in 2 minutes on a mobile device with a BVN, phone number, and zero paperwork.

The Challenge

In the face of the new virtual reality brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, vBank needs to massively increase the number of App downloads and In-app registration. At the same time, vBank needed to reduce the cost per install and in-app registration from their initial campaign to enable more spend.

 

The strategy 

  1. We implemented a firebase tracking for the correct conversion action needed
  2.  We set up a Google app install for action campaigns.

The Result

  1. The cost per install dropped by 40% and cost per in app registration by 97%. 
  2. This led to the client increasing their spend by 10X resulting in over 100% more in app installs.
